LANGEA’s Outstanding Jr. Enlisted of the Year

The Outstanding Jr. Enlisted of the Year award will be presented to the servicemember who is constantly doing their very best, a natural leader that takes initiative, is always the first to volunteer for extra missions, and that does more than their 1O/2O/3O level MOS requires.

Particular consideration should be given to those individuals who have contributed outstanding and exceptional service by which standard means of being recognized are not sufficient. The winner will be selected by the LANGEA Board and recognized during the Friday night Awards Banquet at the 2026 Enlisted Conference.

If you know an E-6 or below that falls into this category submit their nomination no later than 1 April 2026.

Nominee Requirements:

1. Grade Requirement: E-1 – E-6
2. Assignment: Company or Wing (not on staff)
3. Status: M-day
4. Nominee must in good standing with LANG (not barred or facing disciplinary action)
