Established in 1976, The Louisiana National Guard Enlisted Association (LANGEA) is a 501(c) 19 non-profit organization whose mission is to promote state and federal legislation that benefit the Enlisted members of the Louisiana National Guard.

This legislative representation ensures that the concerns of National Guard Soldiers and Airmen are recognized at both the state and federal levels. The association also provides scholarships, job fair opportunities, and financial assistance to its members.
